Zoning map amendment for the properties located at Mike Florence 3677 S. 1030 W. and 3676 S. 900 W. in the Riverfront Development to amend Title 17 of the South Salt Lake City Code, the South Salt Lake Zoning Map, and amending and replacing and codifying the Riverfront Master Planned Mixed Use District Design Guidelines to rezone a portion of the Riverfront Master Planned Development from R-1 to R-RM2. 2.
