PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Fair Ground View Final Subdivision Phase I Plan Review Parcel No. CT-330-A and CT-330-1, 24 Multi-Family And Single Family Lots 349 East 100 South and 359 East 100 South Courtney Richins and Daniel Richins Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly take action on the proposed Fair Ground View Final Subdivision Phase I Plan Review, CT-330-A and CT-330-1, 24 Multi-Family And Single Family Lots, on Monday, October 15, 2018 beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main Street. The proposed Phase I Final Subdivision Plan requires an approval or denial recommendation from the Planning Commission. All interested persons may attend.
