Description/Agenda: KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting of September 13, 2018. 2. Conditional use permit for major home occupation 'B': a. Hair salon at 904 West Zenyatta Way - Lisa McKeown. b. Preschool at 163 East 1400 South - Lisa Ferguson. c. Health coaching at 311 West Flour Mill Drive - Karen Nance. 3. Amendment of Section 17-31-25, Telecommunication Towers, together with amendments to applicable zoning districts within Title 17, Planning and Zoning, to clarify where tower types may be located and by which process they may be considered. 4. Call to the public. 5. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 6. Adjournment.
