Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Public Hearing to increase the Water Rates of Myton City. 5. Discussion and Action in increasing the Water Rates of Myton City. 6. Discussion with Duchesne County Sheriff's Office regarding policing in Myton. 7. Discussion and Action on Permanent Community Impact Fund Board Application. 8. Discussion and Action on the Transmission Line License Agreement. 9. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares. (If needed) 11.
