- NOTICE AND AGENDA OCTOBER 9, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Blanding, Utah will hold a Regular Council Meeting on October 9, 2018, at the City Office, 50 West 100 South Street, which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The agenda shall be as follows: TIME ITEM PAGE 7:00 PM I II III IV CALL TO ORDER / WELCOME PRAYER / THOUGHT - Anyone in attendance is invited to notify the Mayor prior to the meeting if they would like to offer a prayer or thought. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA - MINUTES AND FINANCIAL DISBURSEMENTS 1. OPEN FORUM Anyone wishing to address the Council on any item is invited to do so. Open forum is an opportunity for the public to bring information to the Council. Clarifying questions may be asked by the Council, but it is not an appropriate time for substantive discussion. 2.
