- PUBLIC HEARING The Millville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct 18, 2018 at 8:05 p.m. at the Millville City Office located at 510 East 300 South in Millville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public input regarding proposed changes to Ordinance 16.04.070: Rules. The changes are regarding water shares required at time of subdivision. A copy of the information pertaining to the hearing is available for inspection on the city website at http://millvillecity.org or by contacting the Planning Commission Secretary Adria Davis at (435)213-0787. Interested persons are encouraged to attend and make comment or submit written comment prior to the hearing.
