DISCUSSION OF ROLES AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO THE LIBRARY The City Council and Library Board will review and discuss roles and procedures related to the City Council, Library Board, City Administration, Library Director and staff, and other City staff. This item is being presented for discussion only. No action will be taken. ADJOURNMENT
