- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Item 1 Miller General Contractors, LLC request Project Plan approval for 108 apartment units, located at 61 W 400 S in the ITOD Zone. Downtown neighborhood. Javin Weaver (801) 852-6413 PLPPA20180277 Preceding the public hearing, the Design Review Committee will be served lunch at 12:00 p.m. Items on the agenda will not be discussed during lunch. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
