Emery County Building & Zoning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KW ALLRED MINOR SUBDIVISION The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 8:30 am in the Planning and Zoning Office, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 1 lot minor subdivision located near 1255 S 1000 EAST. The subdivision application was received from KW ALLRED. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: Beginning at a point which is N 00*55'10' W, 655.76 along the section line from the Southwest corner of Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 10 East, SLB&M; thence N 00*55'10' W, 235.00 feet along the section line; thence N 89*04'50' E, 371.00 ft; thence S 00*55'10' E, 235.00 ft; thence S 89*04'50' W, 371.00 ft to point of beginning. Containing 2.00 acres more or less. Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivision.
