- Date of Meeting: Tuesday 10/9/18 Venue: OSTARC Conference room. Time: 5:30pm to 6:30pm 1. Call to Order/Open Meeting: 5:30 pm 2. Approval of minutes: 8/14/18 3. Citizens to be heard: 4. OSTA Manager's report: Projects: Barn D crack repair-1% completed ECD 4-3-19 Barn C Crack repair-1% completed ESD 4-8-19 Barn F stabilization 1% ECD February 2019 Retaining wall to south side of arena-70% completed ECD 1-18-19 Marquee sign-replacement- World Trail (need design+ sponsors / donation) Trail to be formalized by arena staff by adding reject +Horse Obstacle Course Drainage /down pipes east side of arena. 90% ECD 10-22-18 Ballfields Playground (Kathy FUTURE-Basketball Center, Community hall Manure recycling (Ken & Steve) Ground work Outdoor Arena, warm-up-analysis of soil- Portable bleachers to arena-2019 project ($40K- 250+ seats) Extension to arena-(3 Phases) Cleaning rm, Lobby and extra seating Outside security lights replacement-92% completed ECD 1-30-19 Cell tower on OSTA property-proposal-legal review underway Sprinklers to outdoor arena-70% complete Light poles to admin parking lot- 5% Well-Funding, CIB priority & application, DNR applications, Acre Ft increase- Demolition of old outdoor concession bldg-council approval needed. Events: for the Next month Planned: Barrel for bucks, Skate Night, Frisbee Tournament, Gem Show, Queens Contest, Jeep Jamboree, Barrel for Bucks, Scots on the rocks. 5.
