PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH October 9, 2018 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Sara Urry Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Sara Urry Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Youth City Council Report Consent: -Minutes of September 25, 2018 (open & closed) - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:15 P.M. 1. Discussion and possible action to grant final acceptance of Camas Lilly Subdivision and end the guarantee period. (Presenter: Bill Cobabe 6:20 P.M. 2. Discussion and possible action on a proposed Preliminary Plan for Deer Crest Phase 4 Subdivision, creating 19 new lots. (Presenter: Bill Cobabe) 6:35 P.M. 3. Discussion and possible action to amend the Chapter 12.12 - Park Regulations, Ordinance 2018-3. (Presenter: Bill Cobabe) 6:50 P.M. 4. Bailey Construction in the amount of $449.67. (Presenter: Dana Shuler with Jones and Associates) 7:35 P.M. 7. Discussion and possible action on Change Order #216(Reconciliation) for the Multi-Sports Complex Utilities Project, with contractor Ormond Construction in the amount of $-25,110.28 (credit). (Presenter: Dana Shuler with Jones and Associates) 7:40 P.M. 8. Closed Meeting. 9. Discussion and possible action from the closed meeting.
