- Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, in the City Hall Annex, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) a sidewalk exception request for a one-lot subdivision located at approx. 2138 E. Millstream Lane by applicant Emily Bullock; 2) a conditional use permit application for an 8-unit mixed-use multifamily development located at approx. 2780 E. 3300 S. by applicant Joe Johnsen; 3) a conditional use permit application for an 18-unit mixed use townhome development located at approx. 3672 S. 900 E. by applicant Lotus Klass, LLC; and 4) a rezone request from R-2-10 to R-1-21 for property located at approx. 2254 Alva Circle by applicant Laurel Osborn. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
