- Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council: May 22, 2018 Ordinance 2018-06 - enacting Title 11, Chapter 19 - Form Based Code. Ordinance 2018-07 - amending Title 5, Chapter 1 - Nuisance. June 12, 2018 Ordinance 2018-08 - rezoning a specific set of properties located in the downtown corridor along State Route (SR) 126 from 300 North to 1000 South and on 700 South between State Street and I-15 in connection with the requirements of the recently adopted Form Based Code. July 31, 2018 Ordinance 2018-09 - rezoning properties located at 741, 767, and 813 West 300 North from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1-8 (Single family Residential). Ordinance 2018-11 - amending Title 11, Chapter 9, Article B, Sections 4 and 5 - Residential Zone R-1-8, Area and Frontage Regulations and Yard Regulations; Title 11, Chapter 13, Section 10, Paragraphs A and C - Clear Vision; and, Title 11, Chapter 15, Section 8, Paragraph C - Sign Regulations, On Premises Freestanding Signs. August 28, 2018 Ordinance 2018-12 - rezoning a portion of the property located at approximately F Street and 3rd Street in Freeport Center from M-1 (Manufacturing) to P-F (Public Facilities). Ordinance 2018-13 - rezoning the property located at 788 South 2000 East from C-2 (Commercial) to D-R (Downtown Redevelopment). September 11, 2018 Ordinance 2018-15 - enacting Title 15 - Public Art and Title 15, Chapter 1 - Original Art Murals. Ordinance 2018-16 - enacting Title 11, Chapter 10 - Small Wireless Facilities to regulate the placement of small wireless facilities in the public rights-of-way. Ordinance 2018-17 - amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule to include permit fees for Small Wireless Facilities and Original Art Murals, as well as minor adjustments to the Vehicle Restoration Permit, Code Enforcement Administration fee, and Business License Fees.
