- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE CITIZENS OF HYRUM CITY AND THE GOVERNING BODY THEREOF THAT THE REGULAR HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2018 HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
