- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2018 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Minutes of Meeting held September 5, 2018, to be approved and/or amended by the council 3. Public Hearing for Annexation of property owned by Clyde D. Jacobson and Patricia G. Jacobson 4. Annexation Ordinance for Clyde D. Jacobson and Patricia G. Jacobson 5. Citizens Requests Ensign Engineering - Water Master Plan Kayla Bullard - Sigurd Youth Council 6. Bills and Finances 7. Department Reports Parks & Cemeteries: Water: Roads: Fire: Office: Discuss applicants who applied for a job on an as needed basis 8. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 9. Adjourn
