NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 03 October 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Town Employee Report - Follow up on Loose Headstone 4. Animal Control Officer Report 5. Request for half payment on Sprinkler Bids 6. Followup on Approved projects - Sprinkler system, Fall Zone Around Playground Equipment and Grass at Park - Kitchen at Town Hall, Etc. 7. Removal of Fence Around Ball Park - How? 8. Town Truck - Registration - followup 9. Mike Olsen - secondary water followup 10. Venice Golden - Concern on Elm Trees in Right-Of-Way 11. Cemetery - headstone discovered 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns 13. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 14. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 15. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
