Approval of the July 10, 2018 meeting minutes. ACTION ITEMS: 2. Action by board to recommend water conservation suggestions to City Council. 3. Action to approve meeting dates during 2019. PROJECT UPDATES: 4. Pressurized Irrigation Master Plan Update - Tavis a. Dry Creek Storage 5.
