- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 2nd day of October 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember R. Thompson - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 18, 2018 2. New Business - Ordinance 18-07 'An Ordinance Amending the Clarkston Town Code Subdivision Regulations Title 11 Chapter 1 Section 7: Violation - New Road Development and Fee Discussion 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Pavilion Rental Fee - Quarterly Budget Review - Town Employee Christmas Party Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Youth Halloween Activity - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - September Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - October Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - October 16, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
