MASTER ROAD PLAN (Legislative)
Per City Council, amend the Master Road Plan CMPO road widths to align with the North Cache Transportation Corridor Plan.
ACCESSORY APARTMENTS (Legislative)
Consider amendments to the Accessory Apartment ordinance, (1) Add 'water' back to the list of standard utility fees charged to the apartment as well as the landlord in section 1.d.; (2) In the same section, replace 'shall' with 'may' regarding utilities and the use of Landlord/Tenant Agreements; and (3) As requested by Councilman Brad Robinson, discuss subsequent owner allowed use beyond 'owner occupied' as required in section 1.a.

SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS (Legislative)
Consider amendments to the site development standards in each zone. Formulate a chart to add as ordinance. See Site Development Standards for each zone in HPC Code sections 12.110.050, 12.120.050 and 12.130.060. Add 'Temporary structures' to land use definitions, HPC Code section 12.20.
