PUBLIC HEARING - Willmarth Garage Condition Use Permit - 2165 S Arbor Lane Property owner, Maria Willmarth is applying for a conditional use permit to construct a detached garage on her property. Accessory structures larger than 900 square feet are allowed by conditional approval from the City of Holladay Planning Commission. Proposed size garage size is 1,197 square feet. PF#18-2-08 2. PUBLIC HEARING - Apollo Burger Conceptual Site Plan Review- 2254 E Murray Holladay Rd. Owner, Michael Ziouras will be presenting reconstruction plans for 'Apollo Burger' at 2254 E Murray Holladay Rd. The Planning Commission will review this project for compliance with Holladay Village Design standards, conceptual site plan approval. PF#86-9-01-1 WORK SESSION 3.
