NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 2 October 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Prayer 4. Petitions & communications: a. Chelcey Franco, concerning leak & water overage 5. Discuss & approve the date of 16 October, at 6:45 PM, for public hearing concerning a new public safety building 6. Discuss setting payment for private delivery of water samples to Orem when needed 7. Discussion of Fire Restriction Order, Res. #2018-03 8. Approval of 4 September 2018 minutes 9. Approval for payment of September 2018 invoices 10. Reports of officers and boards Citizens who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
