NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday October 1, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the September 4, 2018 Council Meeting 2. Les Whitney: Fire Equipment building and 4th of July Fireworks 3. Taylor Pearsons yearly conditional use permit review for birds. 4. Mayor Evans: Revisit Minor Curfew Ordinance 5. Clinic Lease, and decide on office rental amount. 6. Festival of Tree donation 7. Planning and zoning committee 8. Library business 9. Cemetery business 10. Quarterly financial review 11. Pay bills 12. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
