Approval of the September 18, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes 2. Approval for Alcoholic Beverage license for 7-Eleven Store #34361B, Located at 5605 S 3500 W 3. Surplus of Property E. Action Items 1. Consideration of Resolution 18-26 adjusting fees for the curbside recycling program within the City of Roy and providing for an additional one time Opt Out period. 2. Consideration of Ordinance 18-21 amending Roy City Code Title 6, Chapter 2, Section 1 (A)(5) Concerning Winter Parking. F.
