AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION OCTOBER 10, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on October 10, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on the amended final plat for Hansen Ranch Phase 1, consisting of 11 lots and located at 1100 East and 400 North in the R-1-9,000 Residential zone 3. Review and action on the final plat for Sunrise Estates Subdivision Plat B, consisting of 3 lots and located at 1051 East 300 North in the R-1-9,000 Residential zone 4. Review and action on an amended site plan for the Sherwood Office Project for placement of an ice-vending machine located at 135 North 100 East in the CC-1 Central Commercial Zone 5. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plat for Mt. Timpanogos View Subdivision consisting of 24 lots and located in the area of 1500 North 100 East 6. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for a cellular antenna colocation and equipment shelter at Art Dye Park in the area of 1200 North 550 East in the PF-Public Facilities zone. 7. Hearing, review and action on zone map amendment from the R-2-7,500 Residential zone to the PO-1 Professional Office zone, located at 285 North 300 East 8. Review and action on an agreement for the Apex Land and Cattle Annexation, located at 1360 North 200 East 9. Hearing, review and action on a Development Area Plan for the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Zone located in the area of 782 West 200 South 10. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 17.4.608 of the American Fork City Development Code regarding Transit Oriented Developments (TODs) 11. Hearing, review and action on amendments to the General Plan by adopting the updated Master Plans of the transportation, pressurized irrigation, sanitary sewer and culinary water elements of the General Plan 12.
