- NOTICE OF INTENT TO UPDATE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC FACILITIES IN ENOCH CITY, IRON COUNTY, UTAH Enoch City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Iron County, intends to prepare impact fee (capital) facilities plans and to prepare impact fee analyses for the water system. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Sections 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of Enoch's intent to prepare or amend such impact fee (capital) facilities plans and to prepare impact fee analyses. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is shown in the Enoch City Impact Fee Analysis Area which can be seen at www.cityofenoch.org/ordinancespublic-notices.html/.
