Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on October 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider changes to the Construction & Development Standards and a zone change request. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the Planning & Zoning Commission of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider amendments to the Salem City Construction & Development Standards regarding storm water, electrical, commercial curb & gutter and lot sizes; and a request from Patterson Elite Builders on 34 acres of the Alan Curtis property located at Arrowhead Trail and 460 West from C-1 & R-10 to R-5. All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder
