SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee September 27, 2018 -- 6:30 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on September 27, 2018 at 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: . Prayer Action Item Update - District Coordinators to have dates/times & locations for workshops by March committee meeting. District Yr Mo Workshop Date Topic Article Due Legacy Park 2018 Oct Emergency and Alternative Power 5-Sep-18 Syracuse So. 2018 Nov TBD 5-Oct-18 Syracuse Bluff 2018 Dec Dec 8 8am - 4pm Preparation Equipment Show & Tell / Vendor Demonstrations, etc. Vendor set-up 8am. Doors open 9am Classes from 10 to 2pm. Close 2-2:30pm. Cleanup by 4pm. 5-Nov-18 Syracuse West 2019 Jan 19-Jan-19 Conversations in Preparedness 5-Dec-18 New Business 1. RDAP Video Training Update - Need 5-7 volunteers to assist 2. December Preparedness Show & Tell - December 8, 9-2:30pm - Syracuse Community Center - Classes - Vendors - Exhibitors - Food Trucks? 3.
