Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Pete Simmons is requesting Conditional Use Permit Approval for a colocation of a Wireless Communications Monopole to be located near 4570 West Goshute Drive. - Renee Sherwood is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Home Occupation for Renee's Cheesecake to be located at 2037 West 13800 South. - Riverton City is proposing amendments to 18.150 correcting errors in the text of permitted signs.
