ROCKVILLE/SPRINGDALE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT PO Box 159 Springdale, UT 84767 Phone (435) 772-3031 The Rockville/Springdale Fire Protection District will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, the 26th day of September, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Springdale Council Chambers, 118 Lion Blvd., Utah. One or more Board member may participate electronically. Roll Call and Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Agenda Public Comment A. Action Items - Administrative 1. Public Hearing - Adoption of Impact Fee Resolution. 2. Discussion of 2019 budget. 3. Mutual aid policy with HVFSSD B. Discussion/Information/Non-action items 1. Fire Chief's Report - Fire and EMS a) Report on fire and ambulance activity since prior Board meeting b) Other department activities including status of upcoming expenditures and/or revenues c) Update on new fire engine purchase d) Report on status of surplus equipment e) Ambulance accounts receivable report 2. Chairman's Report C. Consent Agenda 1. Prior month's expense D. Administrative Non-action items 1. General Board discussion 2. Identification of issues for future agendas The RSFPD complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance.
