- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH SEPTEMBER 26, 2018, 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 26th Day of September 2018, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. MONUMENT PROPOSALS: A. FLAG B. WWII C. VETERANS 4. NEWSLETTER UPDATE FOR FLAG DONATIONS 5. REVIEW OF DATES FOR POSTING/RETIRING VETERANS DAY FLAG 6. UPDATE ON THORPE HEADSTONE REQUEST, RECEIVED 9-4-18 7. OLD BUSINESS 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9.
