NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on October 9, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Medium Density Single-Family Residential to Low Density Single-Family Residential for property located at approximately 4971-5043 So. 3200 We. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Single-Family) to RE-20 (Residential Estates) for property located at approximately 4971-5043 So. 3200 We. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request for Preliminary Subdivision approval for Tigard ph 2 located at approximately 4600 So. 2950 We. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request for Preliminary Subdivision approval for Midland Farms ph 7 located at approximately 4200 So. 2900 We.
