- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Town of Manila will hold a public hearing on October 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as feasible at the Manila Town Offices located at 145 East Highway 43, in Manila, Utah.
