A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENT - Library Board 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held September 11, 2018. 7. BUSINESS a. Consider approving the Airport Ground Lease with the Civil Air Patrol. b. John Spendlove to discuss the Source Protection Plan for the new well. c. Discuss condition and alignment of bridge near 500 south and 100 East near the old Don Munk building. d. Approve the submittal of a loan and grant application to the Community Impact Board for the 2019 Street Improvement Project totaling $4,050,000. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT
