Description/Agenda: CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Keith and Geraldine Rosevear are requesting Preliminary Plat approval for a two (2) lot subdivision for the property generally located at 1311 W 5050 S. File #8S18. ARKE is requesting an enlargement of a non-conforming structure for the sign generally located at 3564 W 6200 S. File #2SI18. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
