- NOTICE AND AGENDA TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Public notice is given that the Town Council of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold a Meeting on the 9th day of October, 2018 at the Town Hall Building in HILDALE City, 320 Newel Ave, Hildale, Utah commencing at 7:00 PM or shortly thereafter. In accordance with state statute, one or more council members may be connected via speakerphone. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order/ Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Discussion with Representative Bradley Last and Senator Evan Vickers on Legislative issues. 3. Adjournment CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Kinney, as duly appointed Recorder for the Town of Apple Valley, hereby certify that copies of the notice of meeting and agenda were posted at the Apple Valley Town Hall, the Utah Public Meeting Notice website, http://pmn.utah.gov, the Town website, www.applevalleyut.gov, and faxed to The Spectrum on the 4th day of October, 2018.
