NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with a meeting on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Bed and Breakfast Inn and Section 1714, Bed and Breakfast Inn 2. 7:15 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Personal Care Services 3. Proposed Approval of proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Bed and Breakfast Inn and Section 1714, Bed and Breakfast Inn with a Recommendation to present to the City Council 4. Proposed Approval of proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Personal Care Services with a Recommendation to present to the City Council 5. Approve Minutes 6.
