- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss the addition of a Commercial Parking Zone to the River Heights City Code. The hearing will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Copies of the proposed ordinance changes are attached. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
