South Weber Dr., commencing at 6:00 p.m. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ COUNCIL MEETING 1. Pledge of Allegiance: Mayor Sjoblom 2. Prayer: Council Member Hyer 3. Approval of Consent Agenda a. Approval of 11 September 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes 4. Public Comment: a. Please state your name and address b. Please keep public comments to 3 minutes or less per person c. Please address the entire city council d. City council will not respond during the public comment period 5. Presentation by Bruce Nilson on 'Request for Amendment to Patio Zone Ordinance' 6. Approval/ Denial of request to amend Title 10 Code Ordinance, Residential Patio subsection 10.5P.6 Maximum Structure Height 7. Approval of Conditional Use 18-08 - PUD Overlay for the Cook Property at approximately 725 E 6640 S (29 lots) 8.
