Consider a Zone Change Request from R-1-10 to Commercial on 0.81 acre, located at 2398 and 2402 Santa Clara Drive and Approve Ordinance No. 2018-14. Applicant Karen Bowen. Consider request amendment to the Planned Development Residential Zone for the proposed Solace residential development generally located along North Town Road and East of Bella Sol Subdivision on 52.58 acres and Approve Ordinance No. 2018-15.
