- Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah, on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Curtis Wall 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from August 22, 2018 2. Resident Input 3. Discussion with representatives of Richmond City on fire service. 4. Discussion with representatives of CAPSA supporting October 2018 as domestic violence awareness month. 5. Continued discussion and possible vote on the pioneering agreement for North Ridge Development, LLC for infrastructure improvements at approximately 250 East 800 South. 6. Discussion and possible vote on changes to the Employee Personnel Manual. 7. Receive the Certification of Annexation Petition from the City Recorder for the Annexation Request by Peterson/Hillyard for Parcel Numbers 08-044-0033, 08-044-0034, 08-044-0037, 08-044-0039, 08-044-0040 and 08-044-0084 and direct the publication of such petition in The Herald Journal on September 30th, October 7th and October 14, 2018. 8.
