- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HONEYVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Honeyville City Council will hold a public meeting and public hearing Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall, 2635 West 6980 North, Honeyville, UT 84314, to receive public input and consider for approval an ordinance adopting an impact fee analysis and amending the City's culinary water, stormwater, and parks impact fees. All interested persons are invited to attend. Written comments may be submitted by mail to City Hall prior to the hearing. A study of the impact fees was conducted and an impact fee analysis (including a summary intended to be understood by a layperson) was prepared by Hansen Allen & Luce Engineers and is available for review at City Hall during regular business hours. The impact fee analysis and draft ordinance are also available at https://bit.ly/2x5EgJy. Please contact the City Clerk at (435) 279-8425 with any questions. Posted this 19th day of September, 2018
