Notice is given of a public meeting of the North Salt Lake Planning Commission to be held on the above noted date and time in the North Salt Lake City Council chambers located at 10 East Center Street. The agenda will be as follows:
Welcome, Pledge, and Introduction
1) Public comments
2) Public Hearing-Consideration of a proposed code amendment related to regulation of domestic farm animals
3) Consideration of proposed code amendment s related to the Commercial Shopping (CS) Zone, Planned District (P) Zone, and Height Regulations
4) Consideration of a requested extension for an additional twelve months for Concept Plan Approval, Eaglewood Cove Ph. 15-18, approved on August 2, 2016; Wilford Cannon, Eaglewood Development, applicant.
5) Consideration of a General Development Plan for Williamsburg Luxury Apartments located at approximately 256 South Highway 89. Bob Pendleton, Pendleton Construction, applicant.
