ROCKY RIDGE TOWN MEETING September 19, 2018 7:30 pm M.L.A. Building ************************************************** MINUTES: Approval of August Minutes NEW BUSINESS: 1. School zone having signs specifying a speed limit (may include bus stop areas as well) 2. Discuss variances in lot sizes 3. Bloom - Discuss area around Welcome to Rocky Ridge signage UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. We have issues that have been addressed in the past and tabled - should we determine a time for them to be brought back to the Town's attention. 2. Municipal Code being updated in shorter sections rather than waiting until it is totally done BUDGET REPORT & FINANCIAL STATEMENT: September DEPARTMENTS: 1. Water: 2. Road: 3. Admin: Office computers being left on and programs open 4. EMS: CERT - Discuss Emergency Response Plan being in our Ordinance 5. Park: 6. Library: None 7. P & Z: *OPEN FLOOR: 1. Citizen Items: Discussion regarding building on north end of west side being a safety hazard as well as a nuisance and needing to be demolished, cleaned up, etc. (mosquitos / standing water in basement; rats; badger) 2.
