Report on Utah League of Cities and Towns Conference held September 12-14, 2018 in Salt Lake City.
CONSIDER WEST PARK COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION (Administrative)
Consider the Final Plat of West Park Commercial Subdivision submitted by Mark Lynne to divide off a lot from his property located at 250 West 3700 North (county) on 6.24 acres in an industrial zone. No new buildings are part of the plan. Mark Lynne has disclosed himself as the developer. See LUA Minutes from 8/8/2018 and HPC Code 12.180 Planned Industrial Zone. Parcel ID: 04-028-0012
SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS (Legislative)
Consider replacing the site development standards in each zone with one chart (referenced by each zone). Also, clarify the rear setback for Class B Accessory Buildings. See Site Development Standards DRAFT to replace HPC Code sections 12.110.050, 12.120.050 and 12.130.060. Add 'Temporary structures' to land use definitions, HPC Code section 12.20.
CMPO RIGHT OF WAYS (Legislative)
Discuss necessary right of way dedications for the future CMPO (Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization) road (80' vs. 99'). Recommendations will be forwarded to City Council for their consideration. See Master Road Plan
