- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING September 19, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting September 19, 2018 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Approval of August 15, 2018 City Council minute 2. Business License 3. MOTION: Crack & Seal Walking trail bids - Ronni 4. MOTION: Discussion on raising city water rates - Joe 5. MOTION: Fire Department quarterly allowance, approval of pay allocation schedule 6. MOTION: Approval or changes to Huntington City Code Chapter 10 and Title 2 7. MOTION: Building permit fee for Castle Valley Special Service District - Leonard 8. MOTION: Sander and Snow plow 9. MOTION: Make budget adjustment in streets - Ronni 10. Public Comments 11. Mayor's Report 12. Departmental Reports (Fire, Maintenance, Office) 13. Council's Reports 14. Zoning Administrator Report 15. City Claims and Review of Financials Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
