- NOTICE & AGENDA Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City will hold a Council Meeting Tuesday, September 17, 2018 at EAST CARBON CITY HALL, 101 WEST GENEVA DRIVE. Meeting to begin promptly at 6:30 P.M. The Agenda to be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approval of previous meeting minutes. 4. Introduction and Adoption of Resolutions and Ordinances: 6. Reports from Council Members, Boards and Committees: A. Young (Planning & Zoning): B. McCarty (Parks & Cemetery): C. Robinett (Mayor Pro Temp): D. Wood (Ambulance & Fire): E. Abeyta (Maintenance): F. Mayor: Financial Reports, Report on Progress with Consultants 7. Old Business:Water Restrictions, Executech Proposal 8. New Business: Maintenance Agreement for Generator @ Public Safety Building, Tire for Dump Truck, Tires for Maintenance Truck 9. Payables 10.
