- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 18th day of September 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember E. Goodey - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 4, 2018 2. New Business - Town Code Review - Title 7 Public Ways & Property Chapters 1,2,3,4 - Title 11 Subdivision Regulations Chapters 1,2,3,4 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Stop Signs on 300 South - Water Budget Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Water Restrictions - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA - Adding a Penalty to the Violation Stated in Town Code Subdivision Regulations: 11-1-7 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 2, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
