The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Privacy concerns regarding town GIS System. Paul Damron 4. Request for Variance. Sherry Accongio 5. Cutting town roads for installing water meters. Consider increasing hookup costs for water connections. 6. Request to write off delinquent Gary Fox water account. Shelley Brown 7. Culinary Water Improvement Project. 8. Center Street - South Main Road Project. Approve payment for town share of Center Street Project Design. $5,978.93 9. Approve Scholzen Invoice ($4,550.64) for 24 new meters. 10. Approve CIB Road Loan payment ($31,621.54). 11. Follow-up - Nuisance Complaints, trailers in roadway, motor home, non-working vehicles in front of houses and excess debris. 12. Department Current Concerns. Review Employee project list. 13. Approval of monthly expenditures. 14. Council Members Reports. 15. Adjournment.
