Consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Brio Phase 4B Final Plat located at approximately White Pearl Drive and Gemstone Way. Applicant is Jack Fisher Homes. 6. PLAT VACATION a. The purpose for the Conditional Use Permit is in a R-3 Multiple Family Residential zone having more than 4 units requires a conditional use permit. Applicant is Overland Development Corporation. 9. ZONE CHANGE a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-18-14 to change from RA-2 Residential Agricultural minimum 2 acres to PUD Planned Unit Development Residential and Commercial located at approximately 600 North 1100 East. Applicant is Kendal Turner. b. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-18-15 to change from A-20 Agricultural 20 acres minimum to PUD Planned Unit Development Residential located at approximately 1800 South Washington Fields Road. Applicant is Nisson Fields LLC.
