- EMERY COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD TO BE HELD AT CASTLE DALE LIBRARY Monday September 10, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Library Board will hold its regular Board Meeting on the 10th day of September, 8:00 am in the Castle Dale Library, 135 North 100 East, Castle Dale, UT 84513. AGENDA 1. Welcome by Marlene Miyasaki, Board Vice-Chair 2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings 3. Approval of expenditures 4. Election of new Officers 5. Board reports 6. Commissioner report 7. Jeff Guymon 8. Discussion and approval to purchase new vacuums for Emery and Castle Dale 9. Discussion and approval of amending the Emery County Library Collection Management/Development Policy 10.Discussion of Emery County Library Strategic Plan - Incentive Three : Marketing the Library 11.Director's report - other staff reports 12.Public comments - Comments from the public on items not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to three (3) minutes. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the Library Director at (435)748-2726 at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
